Steaks, Pasta and Seafood

We brag about having the" Best Steaks in Wyoming," and when you are starting with the best quality, the pride and time we put into our food leaves little for the competition.

Light Dinner Salads
If you're looking for some lighter-fare our salads do not disappoint! We use all fresh ingredients and our Lunch Salads are always changing with what is in season.

Set in a Victorian House built in 1905, The Aspen House is an eclectic dining experience.

The House is over one hundred years old and has only had three families own the premises. Dr. Barber built the home in 1905 and used part of the house as his doctor's office.

The Brigg family then bought the home and used it as their law firm in part and their residence in the other. In 1995 the Dirck family bought the property and converted the law firm into a restaurant. Today the Dirck's proudly serve the Rawlins Community as well as travelers on the 1-80 corridor.
